3. 用戶責任 / User Responsibilities

使用本應用時，您同意：/ When using this App, you agree to:

僅用於個人、非商業用途 / Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only
不會嘗試逆向工程或修改應用 / Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
不會使用本應用進行任何非法活動 / Not use the App for any illegal activities
對自己的媒體內容負責 / Be responsible for your own media content

4. 照片刪除警告 / Photo Deletion Warning

⚠️ 重要提醒：通過本應用刪除的照片將從您的設備永久刪除。請在刪除前仔細確認。我們對因用戶操作導致的資料丟失不承擔責任。

⚠️ Important: Photos deleted through this App will be permanently removed from your device. Please confirm carefully before deletion. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions.

5. 知識產權 / Intellectual Property

本應用及其所有內容、功能和設計均受知識產權法保護。您的照片和媒體內容仍歸您所有。

The App and all its content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. Your photos and media content remain your property.

6. 免責聲明 / Disclaimer

本應用按「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證。我們不保證：

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

服務不會中斷或無錯誤 / The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
照片分類和檢測的準確性 / The accuracy of photo classification and detection
與所有設備或系統版本的兼容性 / Compatibility with all devices or system versions

7. 責任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對以下情況承擔責任：

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

任何間接、附帶或後果性損害 / Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
因使用本應用導致的資料丟失 / Data loss resulting from use of the App
因第三方行為導致的損失 / Losses caused by third-party actions

8. 條款修改 / Modification of Terms
